Общие формы, образующие инсталляцию, отсылают к Царским вратам иконостаса, а трехфигурная композиция на них отдаленно напоминает деисусный чин — "неизвестные святые" обращены к Христу с воздетыми в молитве за всё человечество руками. Внутри фигур сквозь темноту нераскрытых образов проглядывают фрагменты иконописных пейзажей, указывая на скрытую мистическую реальность. Овцы движутся через всю композицию в сторону святилища, напоминая об известном отрывке: "...Я дверь овцам. <..> Я есмь дверь: кто войдет Мною, тот спасется, и войдет, и выйдет, и пажить найдет" (Ин. 10:7-9).

The general shapes forming the installation reference the Royal door of iconostasis, while the three-figure composition on them is reminiscent of the Deesis tier — the “unknown saints” are facing towards Christ with hands raised in prayer on behalf of humanity. Inside the figures the fragments of iconographic landscapes peek through the darkness of the unrevealed images, hinting on the concealed mystical reality. The sheep travel across the composition towards the sanctuary, reminding of a well known passage: "...I am the gate for the sheep. <...> I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture" (John 10:7-9).
